Guarantee & Payment Policy
Our clients will pay the hotel directly for their accommodation; a final confirmation will be required by WhatsApp 48 hours before to arrival, although the hotel reserves the right may need advance payment during certain times.
Children Policy
Children under 6 years old: free of charge.
children from 6 years old to under 12 years old: surcharge of $05/child/night.
A child over 12 years old will be charged as an extra adult.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
If the cancellation or amendment is made 24 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
In the case of a no-show, 100% of the room rate and tax will be charged.
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability.
- From 12:00 to 18:00 check-out: 10.00 $ per person including lunch
- From 12.00 to 19.00 check out :15.00 $ per person including lunch & Dinner
Early check in charge
- Early check-in is subject to room availability.
- From 03:00 am check-in: 15.00 $ per person including next day breakfast.
- From 06.00 am Check in :10.00 $ per person including next day breakfast.
